At The Hound & Roast Society, every piece is printed to order — made just for you the moment you place your order, never mass-produced or left sitting in a warehouse. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

That said, we stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Just email us at support@houndandroast.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
